What time should we arrive?

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have plenty of time to park, settle in, and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere. Our ceremony will start promptly at 7:00PM and latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable moment to be seated.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, complementary valet parking will be provided for all guests. We’ve also taken care of the tips for the valet staff, so you can enjoy the evening without any additional concerns. We hope this makes your arrival and departure as smooth and convenient as possible!

Dress Code: What is "Fancy Pants" Attire

We’re thrilled to invite you to dress up in your best “fancy pants” attire for our celebration! The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail, so we’re aiming for stylish and sophisticated, but not as formal as black tie. We look forward to seeing everyone in their finest and celebrating in style!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so please dress comfortably for the weather. . As the evening continues, the reception will be indoors, offering a cozy and elegant setting for dining and dancing.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

We’ll have a selection of passed hors d'oeuvres and a beautiful sushi display at cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner offering a choice of main dishes to ensure there's something for everyone including a vegetarian option. To satisfy your sweet tooth, we’ll be serving a range of desserts including a wedding cake, and a hot fudge brownie station! As the celebration continues into the evening, we’ll be serving a variety of late-night snacks to keep everyone fueled and happy. We’re pleased to offer an open bar throughout the evening, featuring a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. Our bar will also have non-alcoholic options, including soft drinks and sparkling water.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony ?

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We want to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the moment without distractions, and we have arranged for a professional photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments. However, you are more than welcome to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Can we share photos on social media?

We’d love for you to share your photos from our wedding! Please use our wedding hashtag #Mrandmrsfancypants when posting on social media. Feel free to capture and share your memories from the cocktail hour and reception.

Can I bring my kids?

We’ve decided to make our wedding an adult-only event. We hope this allows everyone to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Transportation will not be provided, but we recommend using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft for convenience. If you need assistance with directions or have questions about the area, please feel free to reach out.

Has a Hotel Room block been secured
